Refund policy

We accept returns if damaged through the shipping process. A claim must be made with the carrier and you must contact us immediately at sales@skullshoppe.com to arrange a replacement or refund. Damaged product(s) must be returned before replacement or refund can be issued. No returns will be accepted without confirmation from us. Replacement or Refund request must be made within 30 days of delivered order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
